Develop search capabilities for multimodal data—text, images, and video—and improve accuracy and speed through algorithm research. Leverage open-source search frameworks to build robust infrastructure, and use log analysis to continuously enhance user experience and search quality.
Build and deploy customer-focused AI solutions using LLMs, multimodal models, and embeddings. Develop a variety of AI agents—ranging from RAG-based systems and data analysis tools to report generators and personalized assistants—that help streamline business operations. Leverage open-source frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph to optimize search and personalization features. Efficiently manage large-scale data, automate analysis and reporting, and deliver high-performance AI services powered by RAG-based solutions.
Lead the planning and execution of AI projects that align with customer needs. Oversee schedules, budgets, and resources, while monitoring progress and facilitating communication between clients and internal stakeholders. Collaborate closely with development, engineering, and data science teams to achieve project goals, continuously reviewing and improving AI model performance and quality. After project completion, optimize solutions based on client feedback and identify opportunities for additional business growth.
Define customer business challenges and create tailored solutions and execution strategies to unlock new opportunities. Manage client-specific pipelines and leverage market and technology insights to craft compelling, high-impact proposals. Identify meaningful leads through targeted market and industry analysis while strengthening our brand presence. Build trust and demonstrate technical expertise through customized demos and PoCs, and support client decision-making with clear proposals and technical documentation.
